Flarewifi Marketplace Refund Policy

How refund requests for plugins purchased through the Router Marketplace are evaluated and processed.

Last Updated: July 22, 2026

Thank you for purchasing plugins through our Router Marketplace. Because our digital plugins interface directly with router firmware and network configurations, we enforce a technical merit-based refund policy to ensure software stability and fair marketplace practices.

⏳ Standard Window: Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.

1. Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Valid Refund Triggers

  • The plugin is completely non-functional due to a verified software bug.
  • The plugin lacks core features explicitly advertised on the marketplace page.
  • The third-party developer fails to provide a fix within 72 hours of a support ticket.
  • Unintentional duplicate purchases of the exact same plugin.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • "Change of mind" or deciding you no longer need the plugin.
  • The router lacks sufficient hardware capabilities (RAM, CPU, Storage) to run the plugin.
  • Configuration errors, network topology issues, or ISP-level restrictions blocking the tool.
  • Upstream changes made by external services (e.g., changes to Tailscale API or tiers).

2. Resolution Process

Before a refund is approved for technical defects, the following framework must be followed:

Step 1: Open a Ticket

You must contact the plugin developer via the Marketplace Support Dashboard.

Step 2: Diagnosis Window

The developer must be allowed seventy-two (72) hours to diagnose, troubleshoot, or patch the reported software conflict.

Step 3: Escalation

If the developer cannot resolve the defect or fails to reply within the window, the marketplace operator will step in to process your full refund.

3. License Revocation

Upon a successful refund approval, the license key associated with the plugin will be permanently blacklisted. The plugin will automatically deactivate on your router filesystem during the next system synchronization checkpoint.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, navigate to your Marketplace Portal > Order History > Request Refund. Please attach your router firmware version, error logs, and your open developer support ticket ID to expedite processing.
